It’s a fully automatic egg tray production line with high automation.
This type of production line consist of a hydrapulper system, a rotary type forming machine, a six-layer dryer, a vacuum system, an air compressor, and auxiliary equipments.
The forming machine is the rotary type, with 8 faces forming moulds, and 6pcs/h per time.
Mainly used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, such as egg trays, egg carton, fruit trays, cup carriers and disposable medical care products.
The raw material is the waste paper, waste carton, newsaper, books, magazine, and etc.
