1. This is a fully automatic paper egg tray production line with 4000pcs/h.
2. By changing moulds, the machine can make different shape of products, like egg trays, egg boxes, fruit trays, cup holders and disposable medical care products.
3. This production line includes pulping system, forming system, drying system and hot press system.
4. The raw material is the waste recycle paper, like waste carton, used paper, old books and etc.

How this Production Line Works:                                                                                                                              

1. Pulping System: put raw material into hydrapulper, grinding with water. Adjust the pulp into certain density.
2. Forming System: the adjusted pulp will transfer to rotary machine, products will be formed in the moulds with the vacuum suction.
3. Drying System: products will drop down on the metal dryer for drying.
4. Hot Press System: for egg tray and fruit tray, they don't need this process; but for egg carton, this process is compulsory.
5. Stacking & Packing System: After dried or after hot press, the products will go to package. Court the number of the dried products, separate them and stack them up.
